You can save money on electricity by replacing incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs, adding insulation to your home, and establishing the thermostat lower in the winter and higher in the summer. Everyone should adopt this carbon strategy of lowering emissions.

4. Remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere

Carbon sinks are locations where carbon dioxide is removed from the atmosphere. For example, tree planting, bamboo, and other plants enhance the number of carbon sinks.
